Measuring & Testing at jabolo.de
The products in the "Measuring & Testing" category help you measure and test the power of your air rifles and air pistols, as well as read your shooting results. Whether trigger weight, projectile energy or group size – with the right measuring tool you always keep your setup in view.
Trigger Scale for Trigger Weight Measurement
The ahg Anschütz trigger scale precisely measures the height and consistency of trigger resistance on sporting and precision weapons within a range of 25 to 250g. With a weight indicator and a drag pointer that captures the actual release weight exactly, it's ideal for shooters, coaches, gunsmiths and clubs checking the prescribed minimum trigger weight and fine-tuning match triggers.
Chronographs for Speed and Energy
The FX Pocket Chronograph V2 is a compact, radar-based Bluetooth chronograph just over 5cm cubed in size, measuring projectiles between 288 and 1250 fps in any weather and even in darkness – including an app with shot strings, standard deviation and spread. The FX True Ballistic Chronograph goes further, determining the true ballistic coefficient via four velocity measurements using G1/G7 drag models, suitable for both air rifles and firearms (400–4000 fps). The ahg air weapon velocity meter incl. case reliably measures velocity and kinetic energy of pellets from air rifles, air pistols and airsoft, storing up to 250 measurements.
Group-Size Gauge and Wind Indicators
The jabolo group-size gauge with 50mm diameter and 10mm grid helps you track your progress: simply place it on the target, read off the value, or photograph it to share with your shooting friends. For assessing wind influence over long distances, we also carry the wind indicator and the matching wind indicator refill pack.

Frequently Asked Questions About Measuring & Testing
What do I need a trigger scale for?
A trigger scale precisely measures the height and consistency of trigger resistance and helps you check the prescribed minimum trigger weight and fine-tune match triggers.
Does the FX Pocket Chronograph V2 work in poor light?
Yes, since it uses radar technology instead of light sensors, it works reliably in any weather and even in complete darkness.
How do I use the jabolo group-size gauge?
Simply place the gauge on your target and read off your group size in mm directly from the 10mm grid.
