The Element Optics Theos 2-10x42 FFP MRAD Black is a modern mid-power variable optic (MPVO) designed for dynamic applications as well as precise shooting at short to medium distances. Combining a compact design, precise mechanics, and high-quality optics, the riflescope is suitable for sports shooters, PRS disciplines, tactical applications, and air rifle or long-range use.
Compact Design with Durable Construction
With an overall length of 290 mm, the Theos offers a compact form factor while maintaining full tactical functionality. The aircraft-grade aluminum body with a 34 mm main tube is built for demanding conditions. The riflescope is waterproof, fogproof, shock-resistant, and nitrogen purged. According to the manufacturer, the optic is also rated to handle heavy recoil, including calibers up to .50 BMG.
High-Quality ED Optics with Japanese Glass
The integrated ED optical system with low-dispersion glass provides a clear and high-contrast image with reduced chromatic aberration. Even at higher magnification, the image remains detailed and color accurate. The Japanese lenses are designed to deliver consistent light transmission and precise target acquisition.
FFP Reticle with MRAD Scaling
The scope features the illuminated MPR-1D MRAD reticle in the first focal plane (FFP). This ensures that all holdover and ranging marks remain accurate throughout the entire magnification range. The reticle combines a fine central aiming point with additional hold points for corrections at varying distances. At lower magnification, the illumination supports fast target acquisition.
Diffractive Reticle Illumination
The illumination system uses diffractive technology to selectively illuminate the most relevant areas of the reticle. This helps maintain a clear sight picture without excessive flare across the entire field of view. Brightness levels can be adjusted directly via the illumination control turret.
RevTrak Turret System with Zero Stop
The riflescope is equipped with the RevTrak turret system featuring an integrated zero stop and revolution indicator. The turrets provide precise and repeatable adjustments and can be reset to zero without tools. The low-profile turret design also supports setups using an additional reflex sight.
Flexible Parallax Adjustment
The side parallax adjustment ranges from 10 meters to infinity, making the scope suitable for air rifle and rimfire disciplines as well. The system also includes a QuickSet stop at 100 meters for faster reference and adjustment.
