Neues Waffenrecht 2025 – Was gilt für Luftgewehre mit F-Kennzeichnung?

Am 24. Juli 2025 ist eine Änderung des deutschen Waffenrechts in Kraft getreten. Seitdem erreichen uns viele Fragen:

Sind Luftgewehre mit F-Kennzeichnung jetzt erlaubnispflichtig? Was bedeutet das neue Gesetz für Dich als Sportschütze oder Freizeitnutzer?

Keine Änderung für bereits zugelassene Luftgewehre mit F-Kennzeichnung

Wichtig: Wenn Du ein Luftgewehr mit F-Kennzeichnung besitzt, das vor dem 24. Juli 2025 zugelassen wurde, bleibt es weiterhin erlaubnisfrei. Du musst nichts unternehmen.

Das bestätigt auch das Bundesinnenministerium (BMI):

„Die am 24. Juli 2025 in Kraft getretene Neufassung entfaltet keine Rückwirkung. Waffen, die auf Grund der bis zum 23. Juli 2025 geltenden Rechtslage erlaubt waren, bleiben auch weiterhin erlaubnisfrei.“

Was wurde im Gesetz konkret geändert?

Mit der Veröffentlichung im Bundesgesetzblatt I Nr. 171 vom 23.07.2025 wurde die Anlage 2 Abschnitt 2 Unterabschnitt 2 Nummer 1.1 des Waffengesetzes überarbeitet. Ziel ist es, speziell neuartige Waffen mit Pfeilgeschossen oder überlangen Projektilen zu regeln.

Erlaubnisfrei bleiben weiterhin:

Druckluft-, Federdruck- und CO₂-Waffen mit max. 7,5 Joule Bewegungsenergie,
die ein gültiges F im Fünfeck tragen,
nicht mehrschüssig für Geschosse mit über 30 mm Länge sind,
und deren Zulassung vor dem 24. Juli 2025 erfolgte.

Was ist jetzt erlaubnispflichtig?

Nur Waffen, die ab dem 24. Juli 2025 eine neue F-Zeichen-Zulassung erhalten und mehrschüssig für Geschosse über 30 mm sind, unterliegen künftig der Erlaubnispflicht.

Normale Luftgewehre für Freizeit, Training oder Schießsport sind davon nicht betroffen.

Du hast bereits ein Luftgewehr mit F-Zeichen?

✅ Dann brauchst Du nichts weiter zu tun. Dein Luftgewehr bleibt erlaubnisfrei, solange es vor dem 24. Juli 2025 zugelassen wurde.

Das F-Zeichen ist meist gut sichtbar auf dem Gehäuse oder Lauf angebracht.
